Teach Managers, Directors, and Executives who want to create a high-performing culture and a positive experience for their and employees how to:

• Effectively create a coaching culture in their company, so that people feel supported and encouraged to make meaningful changes
• Create an environment of respect, understanding, trust, and accountability for their employees and customers
• Empower and develop themselves and others
• Build a successful coaching culture that proactively works together with compassion, discipline, and joy

• For One-on-One Executive Coaching sessions, it will be at least 6 sessions spread across at least 3 months
• For Team Coaching Sessions, it will be at least 2 sessions depending on the co-created goals and intentions

*a learning session (live on line, online, or on Demand) must accompany the Coaching sessions so the sessions will be mainly on coaching and less on educating the clients

* Clifton Strengths Finder (Top 5 or All 34) and 360 Assessment may be required depending on the goals of the session

* Maximum of 12 members for team coaching sessions
