Camp Explore provides a leadership ground for the youth to develop skills, improve self-confidence, promote teamwork, and collaboration.

The term of endearment in Camp is “Master”—a constant reminder for individuals to keep on practicing and learning towards achieving growth.

The Junior Master Track is not just a training—it’s a series of experiences built over the years so that campers as young as 12 years old can develop into the best version of themselves.

Strengths-based Approach

Using Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment and Strengths Principles, the program can help young people develop a positive sense of self, build on their strengths, and achieve their full potential.

Guided Self-awareness

Self-awareness can help teens develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world, which can lead to greater self-acceptance, personal growth, and fulfillment.

Self-awareness can also help teens identify and manage their emotions more effectively, reducing the risk of negative behaviors or reactions.

Productivity Habits Coaching

Encourage teens to prioritize tasks, breakdown tasks, set goals, manage distractions, manage time and energy.

Learning about habits can help teens become more productive and achieve their goals more efficiently. It is important to remember that productivity is not just about working harder, but also about working smarter and taking care of oneself.

Conscious Leadership

A leadership approach that is grounded on self-awareness, empathy, social responsibility, authenticity, and lifelong learning.

By practicing these principles, teens can become more effective leaders and positive agents of change in their communities and the world.
